Sensory Day
Join us for Sensory Day at the Exploreum!
This time is designed to create a calmer, more supportive hands-on experience for guests with special needs and sensory sensitivities. From 9–10 AM on Saturday, November 14th, our exhibits will be open with lower lighting and reduced sound levels to provide a more comfortable environment for exploration.
All ages are welcome in Wharf of Wonder during Sensory Day hours. Our Education Team will also offer sensory-friendly science demos and we will be showing the film, America the Beautiful, at 10:20 AM in the PCI Digital Dome Theater at a lower volume to support guests who are sensitive to sound.
This experience is open to all families who benefit from a sensory-friendly setting, and we look forward to welcoming you for a calm and engaging morning at the Exploreum!
